feel inclined to follow as future POC's themselves.



While the success of the Shining Stars is a bit of a "numbers game",
we need to be of the understanding that each "number" ... isn't just
a number. Each number represents a person with hopes and dreams.



We need to cultivate "relationships" with our POC's ... help them to
see that "they matter" ... that they have the "power" to
make a huge difference in the lives of many ... BUT ... it all begins with us
... setting the best example possible that will be a "shining"
example for other POC's to aspire to.
