The Shining Stars Community POC Manual
    Introduction
This document is intended to complement the simple 3 step process described
on the Shining Stars Community website (https://shiningstarscommunity.com),
but also contains some additional material that will hopefully be of use to any
POC (Point Of Contact), when inviting somebody into the community.
    Step One: The Invitation
Keep things as simple and as straight forward as possible.
Don't get bogged down in details.
Show your invitee one of the following videos by Paul Angus:
 The current intro video on https://shiningstarscommunity.com
     “Your Quiet Solution” https://youtu.be/JYEuPSV2U7o?
    si=dXF8DVTgetduLPA_
     “Our Quiet Solution” https://youtu.be/anlaqeOf4As?
    si=y5goWSEK7pDnpmLS
Open up a dialogue around the video content they have just watched.
If interested, then make sure you cover the following aspects of why the
Shining Stars Commnity is different from other MLM businesses:
 We help anyone and everyone no matter where they are in life.
 Every member will get 2 people placed in their personal 2X20 matrix,
qualifying them as an Ambassador in the Des Alpes compensation plan.
 Building of their personal matrix is done by systematic placement of
    members of the community.
     No recruiting is required.
 Our aim to get every member to level 5 in their personal matrix.
 Our unique Pay-It-Forward (PIF) model, where every member pays it
forward for 10 PIF members out of their early commisions.
NOTE: Before moving on to Step Two, make sure you ask if they have
previously joined Des Alpes. If they have, you will need to explain that they
cannot join the Shining Stars Community as Des Alpes have a strict One
    Account Per Person policy.

Step Two: The 2 list signup option
     List 1: A one-time subscription of $145 – will get priority placement in
    the matrix
     OR
 List 2: The initial subcription is paid by another Ambassador.
The link for the placement form can be found on Step Two of the community
    website https://shiningstarscommunity.com
    .
It is highly recommended that you, as the POC complete the placement form,
rather than leaving it to your invitee, as this reduces the risk of duplicate
    submissions.
 Enter the invitee's First and Last name as it would appear on their legal
document (required for KYC in Des Alpes).
 Enter their email address – Des Alpes have requested the use of Gmail
    only.
 Select the required List (see List 1 or List 2 above).
 Finally, enter the First Name and Last Name of the POC (you).
 Check with the invitee that the form content is correct, then submit the
    form.
NOTE: No confirmation email is sent, but you will see a “Thank You” page
    confirming the sign-up.
At this stage, your invitee has been added to the Shining Stars Community
members lists only. In time, you will be allocated a referral link to give to
your invitee, for them to log into Des Alpes and create their personal account.
When each member is placed in the community matrix, they will be allocated a
matrix postcode (e.g. 9-15G) which pin-points their position. This is NOT
their position in the Des Alpes matrix and is for our community reference only.
Keep a personal record of all your invitees, and remember to keep in regular
contact with them. You are their first point of contact for any questions or
    issues they may have.

    Step Three: The Skool Community
When your invitee has signed up, get them to click Step Three on the
community web site (https://shiningstarscommunity.com), and get them to
create a free account on the Skool platform.
Once they're in, make sure they have joined the Shining Stars Community
    group.
Point them to the following posts as a starter:
     Navigating … Skool 101
    (https://www.skool.com/shiningstarscommunity/navigating-skool-101)
     Newbie Info – Do's and Don'ts
    (https://www.skool.com/shiningstarscommunity/newbie-info-dos-and
    donts).
     How Our Community Works
    (https://www.skool.com/shiningstarscommunity/how-our-community
    works).
    List Upgrades
If you have an invitee who initially joined on List 2 as a PIF member and would
like to upgrade their position to List 1 (self-funding), you do this as follows:
Access the Community Placement form (Step Two on the community website
    https://shiningstarscommunity.com).
 Enter your Invitee's First & Last Name.
     Leave the Email blank.
     Select List 1.
 Enter your First & Last Name as the POC, followed by “(UPGRADE)”.
     Re-submit the form.
This will highlight to the team that your invitee wishes to be moved from List 2
to List 1, and will be placed in the community matrix as a higher priority.
